The following process is required to be able to set multiple SecurePay payment gateways on a single bookitlive account.
Update business table and set `business.allowResourcePayments` to `1` for the relevant provider.
The account payment options must be set to use SecurePay XML for the page to display the option to set different payment gateways for each resource.
