Combine course fees, cart hire and other items into a package deal. Ideal for encouraging add ons and discounts for group deals(eg 2 for 1, group of 4).
Include any of:
- Course Fees
- Cart Hire
- Equipment Hire
- Trolley Hire
- Food or Drink - Lunch, Sandwich, Beer etc
- Merchandise - balls, hats, shirts etc
- Practice Bucket
- Golf Lesson
- Voucher
Quick Process
- Select 'Fees' and then 'Add Package Group'
- Name the Package Group
- Click on drop down arrow of new category group and select 'Add Package'
- Enter name of Package and details
Select 'Add Item' for adding extra fees and items
The Package will now be available to choose. To select a package click on the drop down menu in 'Select Package' and select the package.

3. Click on drop down arrow of new category group and select 'Add Package'
4. Enter name of Package and details
Add Package Details
- Name (displays on booking screens and receipts)
- Description (optional)
- Course or Resource
- 9 Hole - Yes/No
- Pos Code
- Tax Rate
- Public Holiday Fee - Yes/No (in-conjunction with configuring timesheets as Public Holiday events)
Define Package parameters
- Start and End Date
- Start and End Time
- Early Bid/Late Fee Days prior
- Day of Week
- Admin Only
- Item Category (drop-down), Quantity, Special Price, Points, POS, Tax Rate
- Select Add Item to add more fees/items to the package
5. Select 'Add Item' for adding extra fees and items
