SMS - By Member

Send SMS to individual members in {Directory}

SMS module is required. For more information call the support number and select Sales and correct region 

Quick Process

1. Select {Directory}
2. Search for member by member name or number then Select 'More Information' icon 
   • Ensure member has mobile number listed then select [Send SMS]
   • Enter text for SMS above Regards [CLUBNAME]
   • Select [Send SMS]
3. Review sent SMS through{System} --> {Audit Log}

Step-by-Step Process

1 & 2. Select {Directory} then Search for member by member name or number then Select 'More Information' icon 

3. Ensure member has mobile number listed then select [Send SMS]

4 & 5. Enter text for SMS above Regards [CLUBNAME] then select [Send SMS]

Example of doing it through the TIMESHEET:

-Navigate to the TIMESHEET  that you wish to send an SMS to players on that day

-Highlight the players rows in which you wish to send the SMS to

-With the rows now highlighted, now click on Utilities, and then select SMS BOOKINGS

-Customise the message you wish to send to the players you’ve highlighted and then click SEND SMS
