Voucher - Create an Automated Voucher (Booking Promotion Trigger)

The automated voucher (using booking promotion trigger) can be setup to automatically target members and/or public players based on the amount of bookings that player has made within a time frame. E.g. Joe Blogs has received a 20% discount (We love having you here) voucher for booking 9 games in the last 12 months. Or Hugh Smith has received a 50% cart discount (We miss you) incentive voucher because he hasn't made a booking in the last 3 months.

Quick Process:

1. Navigate to communication> triggers

2. Select booking promotions> create promotional trigger (complete the setup of the promotional trigger)

3. Now navigate to vouchers> automated vouchers
4.Select create automated voucher (complete the setup of the automated voucher using a booking promotional trigger)

Step-by-Step Process: (this is an example of setting up a 25% off green fee automated voucher)

1. Navigate to communication> triggers

2. Select booking promotions> create promotional trigger (complete the setup of the promotional trigger)

This example will target anyone who's made 3 or more bookings within a 2 month period. 

Or this example will target anyone who hasn't played in the last 30 days

3. Now navigate to vouchers> automated vouchers

4.Select create automated voucher (complete the setup of the automated voucher using a booking promotional trigger)

Take note of the 'trigger' drop down, make sure you select the correct promotional trigger (see above)
