Custom reports can be developed on data that is collected within the MiClub product but falls outside the scope of the 'standard' reports. Any custom report request has to be submitted through support@miclub.com.au and contain all relevant information that is required in the report. Along with a detailed scope an excel mock-up of the report is also required as part of the request. Development timeframes for new custom reports is between 4 to 6 weeks.
For the custom reporting tool to be available the property custom.reports.enabled must be enabled.
Once the report has been generated and loaded into the clubs site it can be accessed by navigating to the Reports page and selecting the Custom Reports option.
The custom reporting page will display any custom report which has been developed for that site. The reports are segmented into Booking Reports, Financial Reports and Member Reports.
The only options clubs should use when looking at a report are the Preview and Export options, all other tools are developer tools.
When selected, the Preview option will provide a preview of the report data at the bottom of the screen.
The Export feature allows will open a window which will allows certain data parameters such as date range to be selected. The data parameters will depend on what type of report it is and what information is contained within it.
Once the report parameters have been entered select the Export option to download the data.
