Lessons - Add Coach

Add coaches to accept lesson bookings direct by members and admin.  Non-members cannot access the lesson diary.  For non-member bookings a timesheet resource can be setup, can also add member group bookings to golf resource but not lesson diary

Quick Process

1. Select Admin --> Lessons --> View Diary
2. Ensure the coach is in the member directory with lesson diary security role.  Ensure mobile phone number and email address are added
3. Select Add Coach and search and select for coach's record by member number or part of surname
4. Complete parameters
   • Active/Inactive
   • Coach Description
   • Coach Type
   • Order (order of coaches to display) ie 1 and top
   • Save
