Tee Times are listed on GolfNOW after setting the following:
- GolfNOW checkbox enabled in timesheet Booking Rules
- Booking Rules enabled with 'GolfNOW ' applied to rows within templates/timesheetsset to
- GolfNOW checkbox enabled in fees setup in Agent Group in Manage Fees
- Fees enabled with 'GolfNOW ' set with time and date applicable to agreement with GolfNOW
What tee-time inventory to show on GolfNOW
- For all available tee times and dates - Replicate all Public Fees within GolfNOW group
- For limited tee times and dates - Set day and time parameters for each GolfNOW fee
All GolfNOW payments are paid to Golf Now and will not show in any Financial Reports.
Specific GolfNOW reports are available in Custom Reports > Custom Reports Tab:
- GolfNOW Bookings by playing date
- GolfNOW Bookings by booking date, includes deleted GolfNOW booking information
Any fees that include carts or equipment will not remove the cart from the inventory, cart will need to be manually added by staff after booking.
Quick Process
- Create or Edit Booking Rules for GolfNOW fees
- Select Bookings > Booking Rules
- Find and Select Booking Rule for Public/Social Tee Times
- Scroll to bottom of page them select the GolfNOW field
- Save
- Repeat process for all relevant Booking Rules
- If necessary apply GolfNOW booking rule to relevant timesheet templates
- Create GolfNow group
- Select Bookings > Fees > Manage Fees
- In Agents select Add Fee Group
- In Group Name:enter GolfNOW
- Save
- Add GolfNOW Fee
- Select GolfNOW Now agent group > Add Fee
- Add Fee Name eg GolfNOW Midweek 18 Holes
- Add Description eg GN MW18H
- Select Applicable Courses ie North or South
- 9 Holes - Yes or No
- Includes Cart - Yes or No
- Pos Code - same as in POS system
- Tax Rate - 10
- Public Holiday Fee - Yes or No
- Concession Fee - Yes or No
- Save
- Set GolfNOW Fee parameters
- Add Start and End Date
- Add Start and End Time
- Select Days of Week eg Mon to Fri for Midweek fee
- Agent - Select GN icon
- Item Category - Course
- Set Price - eg $25
- Special Price - Not Applicable
- Points - Not Applicable
- POS - Add POS Code same as in POS system
- Tax Rate - 10
- Save
- Test GolfNOW Fees display on GolfNOW Interface
- Setup Fee for one tee-time on future date
- Open Timesheet > Select Fees > View Daily Fees
- Select GolfNOW Agent > Check Tee Time has correct Fee
- Open GolfNOW web page for course
- Go to Date and Time of Fee
