The Matchplay module allows you to seamlessly host scalable match play events with minimal administration. Increase player communication with automated draw notifications and match reminders. Matchplay is designed to improve player experience and take the hassle out of event management.
Matchplay Features
- Online Draw - Dynamic online draw accessible to members via the club members portal & mobile
- Event types - Supports net, gross, mixed, fourball, and foursomes formats. Choose from a variety of customizable event types. Change the number of rounds, holes or seeding method. Set entry restrictions for gender, age, membership types or minimum / maximum handicaps.
- Draw formulator - Random & seeded draw formulator.
- Notifications - Match notifications and reminder emails.
- Result entry - Result entry by members via kiosk, online draw, or mobile. Event administrators have the option to select score entry methods to suit the event style. Choose player entry via kiosk or mobile for maximum data entry efficiency; or utilise administrator entry through the online draw to ensure result credibility.
- Leaderboard - Online and clubhouse leaderboards showing match results.
- Printable draw - Printable version of the draw available.
- Entrants - Links to timesheets, competition results and registration lists or manual entry.
How it works
- Create - Define the name parameters, course, rules and format of the event.
- Register Players - Create a registration form, import players from a spreadsheet, or manually enter players.
- Open Rounds and Add Scores - Manage rounds by allocating tee times/starting tees, add scores, and allow players to view the progression of the competition.
- Display Results - Access Match Play leaderboards through the admin menu to display round by round event results
