Support tickets - Customer query regarding change on card

Customer queries a charge on their card from bookitlive. When a provider uses bookitPay to process payments the payment will appear as BOOKITLIVE OSBORNE PARK on the customers statement.

Customer will communicate via calling, email or raising a ticket.

Support will need to contact the customer to tell them what the payment was for.

 

Finding details about the transaction

Using SecurePay search and find the trans action by searching on partial card number.

Login to the SercurePay merchant portal

Using search set a date range and enter the partial card details obtained by the customer

EG   first six number 443438 and last three 252

Select search

If the transaction is found it will appear at the bottom of the page

 

The reference number is used to find the bookitlive account which processed the transaction EG 126141 and the transaction details on the bookitlive account.

Login to the bookitlive admin dashboard

Select account tab

Enter the account number and lookup

 

The account details will be displayed.

 

Inform customer the name of the business where the transaction occurred.
