Problem:
A former member cannot be booked into the timesheet if an away GOLF link number is still associated with the inactive membership record.
Fix:
Clear the GOLF link number from the inactive member record in the directory
Process:
- Find Inactive record in Members Directory
- Use Clear GOLF Link Details in Edit Details & Adjustments
- Book visitor in timesheet using GOLF Link number to create visitor record
