Two Factor Authentication - Club Staff Login

On login to a club site as a staff member (which has admin roles assigned) - if you are presented with a request for 2FA - Two Factor Authentication, then you are required to enter in the one time 6 digit password from your authenticator app on your device to ensure a high level of security. 


If you presented with the QR code on login, then this would indicate that you have not setup the authentication with an app yet. 

You need to have a personal mobile device with an authenticator application like 'Google Authenticator' available free from the app stores. 

Within the app is a 'Scan QR code' function. Select this and use your devices camera to scan the code. 


You will be then presented a one time 6 digit code that lasts of 1 minute. Enter this code into the presented screen of the club login page and press the validate button ensuring you attempt this within the time allocated for that particular one time code.
