Send an Email to all players booked into a timesheet for players with an email address in member/visitor record. Use for:
- No Carts Allowed
- Cancelled due to weather
- Advertise dinner and/or food options
- Advise event details
- etc
Changing the email reminder messages for a specific event will apply to all events. Add/edit content required for specific event, send reminder and then revert back to original.
Please advise miclub help if need to send the message to visitors also. By default visitors will not receive an email reminder and most are not booked with email address also
Quick Process
- Select [Utilities] -->[Manage Messages]
- Find Post Round template for Members, Public or Visitors and select Edit
- Drag and drop the Standout News snippet
- Add text to snippet
- [Save]
- Return to timesheet
- Select [Email Message] and Submit
- Select [Manage Messages]
- Remove added snippet from original content
- [Save]
- Review emails sent in {Communications}-->[Email History]

- Return to timesheet
Important
- Text between hashtags personalises each email with member information and specific date, time from timesheet
- New text should be entered on blank line
- <br> will force a line return to space message
5. Select [Email Message] & confirm player type by checking box. Hit Submit
- Remove/Revert original content and/or Snippet
- [Save]
